Regular exercise, even light walks can boost your mood and reduce anxiety. Participating with family or friends or a larger group can also improve social connections, reduce feelings of loneliness and simply be fun.  Whether you already have a routine or are just starting out, take time to notice how physical activity impacts your mind, energy, and well-being
